When you submit a community listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to represent the community or have obtained necessary permissions
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• The community complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The community does not promote illegal activities, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• You have the right to use any logos, images, or trademarks included in the listing

4.4 Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor, review, or edit any content submitted to the Service
• Remove or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms
• Take appropriate legal action against violators
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

"User Content" means any content, materials, information, data, text, images, logos, or other materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, including community listings, profile information, comments, and communications.

5.2 Ownership of User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not verify the legitimacy, accuracy, or legality of listed communities or projects. You should conduct your own research and due diligence before participating in any community or project.

7.4 Wallet Connections

If you connect a blockchain wallet to our Service (if applicable), you acknowledge that:

• You are using third-party wallet software at your own risk
• We do not have access to or control over your private keys
• We are not responsible for any loss of assets or unauthorized transactions
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet

7.5 Compliance with Laws

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your User Content
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful conduct by you
• Your breach of any representations or warranties

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
